Ability to apply first aid techniques is an important aspect of social life. A lot of people are dying because a lack of early care. Use of automatic external defibrillator greatly improves  survival chances.

In addition, advanced sport practice like free diving, implies to be aware of first aid techniques.

Renew control:

100 m rescue: 25m swim the crawl, 25m swim underwater, breath, and again 25m swim underwater, get and tow a dummy 25 m, face always outside of the water. Total time must be less than 2min 40; no errors, one try.
